Email [email protected]. A person at Raku reads every message.

So we can help quickly, write from the email address you sign in with and include:

• the company in Sight that it is about;
• the job id, the check's name, or the first characters of the API key, as the console shows them;
• what you did, what you expected, and what Sight said.

Never send us a whole API key or a password. We never ask for one.

02Sight in AI assistants

Sight works inside Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that take a connector. Step by step for each one: docs.raku.so/mcp.

• To connect: add Sight to your assistant with the address https://sightapi.raku.so/mcp and sign in with your Sight account. Then open sight.raku.so/assistant and choose the company, model and permissions your assistant works with.
• "Choose which company Sight works with for you first": Sight answers this until you have made that choice at sight.raku.so/assistant.
• Who can connect: an owner or admin of a company. A free account connects its Try Sight project, with a sample hard hat check.
• To disconnect: use Disconnect on the same page. Your assistant stops working with Sight at once.

03API keys

Make and revoke keys on your company's API keys page in the console. A new key is shown once, so copy it then. Revoking a key stops it working at once. Keep keys on your server, never in an app people download or a web page.

04Your plan

The Plan page in the console shows each plan you are on, what it includes and this month's photos. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.

05Report a security problem

Email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to see it, and do not access other people's data while looking. If you think one of your keys has been seen by someone else, revoke it first, then tell us.
